How do I get my Amazon data into Chat Amazon?

Go to Amazon Seller Central → Reports → Business Reports → Download any report as CSV, then upload it on the Connect page. Your data will be available in chat immediately.

What CSV formats are supported?

Any CSV exported from Amazon Seller Central Business Reports. The columns Date, ASIN, Title, Ordered Product Sales, Sessions, and Units Ordered are automatically recognised.

Can I automate the data sync?

Yes. Once your account is set up, go to Chat → look for your unique ingest email (e.g. data+abc123@ingest.amazonadroi.com). In Seller Central → Reports → Scheduled Reports, create a daily report sent to that address. Your data will update automatically every day.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get full access for 14 days, no credit card required at sign-up. At the end of the trial you can subscribe for €49/month to keep your data and chat history.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Email support@amazonadroi.com and we'll cancel it for you.

Is my Amazon data safe?

Your data is stored in a private EU database (Supabase, Frankfurt region) with row-level security — only you can access your data. We never share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What AI model powers the chat?

OpenAI GPT-4o. Your questions and data metrics are sent to OpenAI to generate SQL queries and plain-English answers. We do not use your data to train any models.
