Terms of Service

By using Chat Amazon (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Fast Grip s.r.o., Slovakia (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Chat Amazon provides AI-powered analytics for Amazon sellers. You can upload your Amazon sales data (CSV or via SP-API) and ask questions in natural language to receive charts, insights, and recommendations.

You must be 18 or older and have the legal authority to operate the Amazon seller account whose data you upload. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at €49/month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payments are in EUR.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

You retain ownership of all Amazon data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not own or have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

If you connect your Amazon account via SP-API, you are responsible for maintaining your Amazon Seller Central account in good standing. You authorise us to access your SP-API data on your behalf, limited to Sales & Traffic and Advertising reports. We comply with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy for the SP-API.

Answers, charts, and recommendations are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. Always verify important decisions against your own data and judgement. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Grip s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
