Chat Amazon is operated by Fast Grip s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia (EU). Registered address: Slovakia. Contact: support@amazonadroi.com

• Account data — email address you provide when signing up.
• Amazon seller data — sales, advertising, and inventory data you upload via CSV or connect via Amazon SP-API. This data is stored in your account and used solely to generate analytics for you.
• Chat messages — the questions you ask and the answers we generate, stored to provide chat history.
• Payment data — billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never store card numbers.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

• To provide and operate the Chat Amazon service.
• To generate AI-powered analytics from your Amazon data.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (trial reminders, payment receipts) via Resend.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Amazon data to train AI models.

If you connect your Amazon account via SP-API, we access Sales & Traffic reports and Advertising data on your behalf. This access is read-only. We store the data in your account on our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, hosted in the EU. You can revoke SP-API access at any time from Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.

We share data only with the following processors:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• OpenAI — your chat queries are sent to OpenAI GPT-4o to generate SQL and answers. Queries may contain your Amazon data metrics. OpenAI's data retention policy applies.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@amazonadroi.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.

We use a minimal session cookie to identify your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your Amazon data is stored in a private Supabase database with Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data. Service-role database access is restricted to our server-side API routes.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
